Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the image in the presentation.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

The sales receipt will be sent to the box with which the user registered. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check spam.

How can I return an item?

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy:
The product must not be tinted, opened, or used. The customer can return it in person to the Warehouse or via shipping (shipping cost is on them).

Returns:
No Merchandise may be returned after 10 days after delivery. In the event of a color error a replacement will be considered only if products remain unused and are returned within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be unused & without color. A 15% restocking charge will apply. Returns must be shipped prepaid by customer. No returns or cancellations on tinted products or pallet rates.

Refunds:
All workshops are non-refundable. However, in the case of student cancellation, Novacolor Italian Finishes CA Online Store may honor a store credit.  Novacolor Italian Finishes CA Online Store is not responsible for fees or other accommodation booking costs if a cancellation occurs.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, new products are constantly being introduced.

Where can I ship my order?

All online orders will be shipped via FEDEX within 2-4 working days.
All orders are delivered within 7 working days. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
